Club Resource, LLC has teamed up with the Nebraska-Iowa District of Kiwanis International to provide all of the club secretaries in the district with a sophisticated interface to electronically create and submit monthly reports. Electronic monthly reporting will ease the task of completing the monthly report, save postage, and help the district manage and analyze the reports. The club secretary simply logs into the reporting system and enters their report information. Some of the features of the electronic reporting system are outlined below: Electronic submission of monthly reports to the Lt. Clubs can optionally subscribe to a club management, administration, and member communication system that interfaces with the monthly reporting system and makes completing the report much faster and easier. For the 2006-2007 Kiwanis year, the electronic monthly report will have the Annual Club Report and the Distinguished Club criteria incorporated into it. If every monthly report throughout the year is submitted electronically by a club, starting in October 2006, the secretary will be exempt from filing the Annual Club Report with Kiwanis International. To get started, you will need to follow the procedure outlined below: Navigate to http://www.kiwanisportal.com/common/reportingsignup.aspx Download the Reporting Help document Enter the following district code: 911per Click the "Submit" button Enter your club's key number. Include the preceding "K" (example: K00946) Click the "Submit" button Enter your name, e-mail address, and password Click the "Submit" button to complete the registration The page where you will log in is http://www.kiwanisportal.com
