This was additionally amended to add a= new sentence at the end: “The Executive Director shall make an annual report to th= e House of Delegates covering any such Board actions taken or authorized and make a= n evaluation of their current effectiveness.”

<= span style=3D'font-family:"Arial Narrow"'>AMENDMENT #2, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, to move the duties of the “chief executive officer= 221; in charge of day-to-day operations from the International President to the = Executive Director, and change the title of “Executive Director to “Chief= Executive Officer”, with the position remaining under the supervision and direc= tion of the International President and the Board of Trustees (Amends Article XI= , Sections 1 and 4; and Article XII, Sections 1 and 5).
This was additionally amended by strik= ing the words “work and” and by striking the words “that are not = in conflict with these Bylaws.”

This was additionally amended to make = the deadline be February 15 (instead of January 15) and to allow the committee to meet w= ithin 60 days.

Amendment #14 was amended by substitution, replaced entirely by the language of Amendment= #15, so that a 2/3 vote is required for new Articles and Sections to be added to= the International Bylaws.
